    • The weaknesses of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and the impact on patient care and patient outcomes
  • Review medical records and appropriate medical literature.
  • Clarify the specific diagnoses.
  • Evaluate impairment and maximal medical improvement based on medical and supporting records.
  • Evaluate the appropriateness of care and adherence to the standard of care.
  • Assess causation to a reasonable degree of medical probability.
  • Offer recommendations for further diagnosis and treatment, if requested.
  • Provide a comprehensive, independent medical evaluation and report relevant to the specific issues.
  • Be available for deposition and testimony.
